Mohammad is responsible for overall management and quality of care. He would be involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practices such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice management supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

All managers with day-to-day responsibility at the practice are supported by a dedicated Reception Lead. The Reception Lead oversees the front-of-house operations, ensuring the reception runs smoothly and patients are welcomed and assisted effectively. They play a key role in managing the reception team, coordinating patient flow, and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care. The Reception Lead also helps ensure that patient queries are handled promptly and that service standards are consistently maintained.

We have a number of Patient Care Navigators and Patient Care Co-ordinators across all practices to support our patients regularly.
Patient Care Co-ordinator (PCC) team:
The admin team is the backbone of the practice; ensuring that the practice runs smoothly and are always looking for ways to create efficiencies, streamline operations, and implement new programs to the benefit of the team and the practice.
Our dedicated team of administrators cover a vast array of duties ranging from registrations, medical summaries, IT, insurance reports, document management, and medical referrals.
Patient Care Navigator (PCN) team:
The reception team are the first point of contact for all patients at the surgery, you will find the below staff at the front desk reception on the ground floor.
Our experienced Reception team are here to help you in making bookings, answering queries and directing you to the most appropriate service based on your medical needs. They will help you set up you patient online access and update your details so the surgery can keep you informed of new services.

Whether it’s booking an appointment, accessing clinical advice, or signposting to community services, the team is dedicated to ensuring you receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
